We were 3 generations and 4 families. Our numbers varied from 11 - 14. The property easily accommodates a big group and provides enough room and privacy for all. There are many provided amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as outdoors for the pool and beach. The property is very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again with a large group.

We all loved our stay at this wonderful beach house in Kailua. Everything we needed was here for the beach - boogie boards, beach chairs, fishing poles, plenty of beach towels, sand toys. Also, lots of places to hang out outside and eat. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of cooking gear and serving platters, appliances, etc. Amazing customer service. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We have stayed at many places in Hawaii and this was by far one of the nicest. Great attention to details.

We all loved our stay at this wonderful beach house in Kailua. Everything we needed was here for the beach - boogie boards, beach chairs, fishing poles, plenty of beach towels, sand toys. Also, lots of places to hang out outside and eat. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of cooking gear and serving platters, appliances, etc. Amazing customer service. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We have stayed at many places in Hawaii and this was by far one of the nicest. Great attention to details.

From the welcome basket when we arrived, to the immediate response whenever a need arises I would highly recommend working with Private Homes Hawaii for anyone looking to rent a house in Hawaii. The Moku Iki property is amazing, right across from the Mokes on Lanikai beach is the best spot on the island.

Plenty of equipment for water activities, and board games and books to read in the house. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cooking utensiles. Wonderful stay and a great host. All our needs and expectations were met!
