Hualalai Resort Palm Villa 130A
One of the largest floor plans of any villa at Hualalai, this spacious and centrally located 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is ideal for your Hawaii getaway. Extra bedding available with a "bonus" living room on the first level. The down-stairs suite opens to a large lanai and beautiful grass lawn to give this property the feeling of a private home.
Upstairs, enjoy magnificent Big Island sunsets from another terrace - just off the 'Great' Room. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a back barbecue deck and pantry. Enjoy two golf carts that provide easy access to all resort amenities - from the Four Seasons Hotel to the Hualalai Sports Club and Spa, and from the Hualalai Golf Club to the 'Trading Company'. And, in addition to the 5 swimming pools at the Four Seasons, the Waiulu Community pool sits just opposite the villa - convenient for a late afternoon swim.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level) Primary - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, outdoor shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, TV, Hallway bathroom with shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) - Two Twin Beds, TV, Hallway bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, Lanai.
Resort Dining:
Visit the Oceanfront Resident's Beach House, a favorite among homeowners and resort guests (try the 'Big Daddy' Mai Tai and Garlic Fries). Or try the popular Beach Tree Restaurant, on the beachfront at the Four Seasons. The Hualalai Grille at the golf clubhouse is a casual spot for a quick, light supper and Ulu remains one Hawaii Island's best seafood restaurants. Room service is available for pick up at the hotel's front entry and all restaurants will prepare 'meals to go' for golf cart pick up - very convenient!
Hualalai Club Concierge:
The Hualalai Club Concierge is on-site daily to provide residential guests with a variety of services. Restaurant reservations, tee-times, spa appointments, travel arrangements and business services are a phone call a way. Or feel free to stop in for a personal touch. You will be a registered guests of the resort with excellent support from a well trained, dedicated staff.
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

This property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Hawaii. Your deposits will be safe in our client trust account. And you will be greeted upon arrival and provided an orientation to this magnificent villa. We will also be available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay.

Palm Villa At Hualalai Resort

Awonderful Place For A Relaxing Week
Two couples shared this property. It was exactly what we desired. We spent a whole week and utilized the Four Seasons restaurants and facilities. We did not find the need to go off property at all.

Great Stay In A Great House
I have stayed many times at the Four Seasons Hualalai, but have never stayed in a property at the Hualalai Resort. Luckily I chose this property off of the web site. From the moment we arrived, my family was delighted with the house and location. Sunset views are incredible, home layout was perfect and all of the amenities were top notch. David, the property manager was very helpful. I am sure that we will return for another stay in the future.

Excellent property for our family of six. Beautiful home, great views, well maintained, great location, access to Hualalai resort, beautiful golf course, lots of restaurants at the resort and many more within a 15 minute drive.
Quiet Comfort
Perfect for our family! Wide open spaces for the kids to run outside and for the adults to spread out inside. The sunsets were amazing while enjoying wine and cheese on the lanai. Quiet mornings with the sunrise were my favorite. We will be back!

Palm Villa 130A Family Vacation
Great location with ocean views and private setting. The property was tastefully decorated, very functional and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed.
Only downside was the 4 seasons resort. During the summer and other periods of high occupancy at the hotel, the management recently decided to implement a new policy that prohibits Hualalai home renters from using the poolside and beachfront cabanas/ chaise lounges. Even though renters do not get this amenity they are still charged the full $50 per day per person resort use fee. Needless to say we will not be back to Hualalai during periods of high occupancy.
