Two story townhouse-style villa along the 4th fairway of the Hualalai (Nicklaus) Golf Course with close proximity to the amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel including pools, golf course and the Hualalai Sports Club & Spa. Originally designed as a three bedroom, the owners smartly reconfigured the downstairs living area to a 4th bedroom, providing ample space for larger families. Main living area, kitchen and one guest room remain upstairs while both levels enjoy golf, ocean and distant mountain views. Two spacious lanai areas provide additional space for dining or taking in the spectacular Big Island sunsets throughout the year.

This property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Hawaii. You will be personally greeted upon arrival with a full orientation of the villa and our team is available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the Festive Season the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Guests may also have use of the owner's two private, 4-seat golf carts for easy access around the Resort.
Enjoy the beautiful beach, which is just a few minutes away by golf cart! No daily resort fee required for restaurants and beach access.

Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION POLICY (excludes “FESTIVE SEASON”) Cancellations received prior to sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will not be charged a cancellation fee (except for a credit card fee charged on the deposit, if applicable). On the 60th day before the check-in date, the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance become non-refundable. This means that if a reservation is cancelled 60 or fewer days before the check-in date, then the deposit and any other funds paid toward the total balance will not be returned and will be considered compensation for the time and administrative expenses incurred, and for the inconvenience, damages and losses caused by such cancellation. If the total balance is not paid when due, the Agent or the Owner may cancel the booking at any time thereafter upon written notice to the Principal Guest(s). For Festive Season, the above cancellation policy applies at ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
