Born and raised in Chicago, Loy Marie fell in love with the magic of this extraordinary place in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It was inevitable that this Big City Girl would become a Big Island Girl. Loy traded in the Windy City for cool island breezes after she began her real estate career in the Midwest selling new-build construction homes for one of the top 10 single family home builders in the United States, Beazer Homes. Soon after moving to The Big Island in 2006, she earned her Hawaii Real Estate license and gained her long-term and short-term Property Management experience with Clark Realty, the market-share leader and largest locally owned real estate company on the island. Her luxury real estate experience started in 2012 working at Hualalai Resort for Hualalai Villas and Homes, managing the operations of the Rental Program including Reservations and Guest Experience. In her role at Private Homes Hawaii, she works as a Sr. Administrative Manager for both Principals to support the Marketing, Reservations/Sales, Guest Experience and Property Management initiatives of the company. Her expertise and personable connections with clients make her an exceptional asset. In her spare time, you can find Loy behind the camera, exploring her passion for photography and setting up fun photoshoots with her daughter Samantha.
