Chris Krueger founded Hoku Lele Properties, LLC in 2005 to provide residential management services to the high-end luxury real estate market along the Kohala Coast. Chris is a long time hospitality professional having served in various executive management roles with Mauna Kea Resort, The Hyatt Regency Waikoloa and The Ritz-Carlton, Mauna Lani (now the Fairmont Mauna Lani).
After years in the human resources profession, Chris began managing private homes at the Mauna Kea Resort serving as Director of Residential Services. Chris led a property management team that included housekeeping, landscape maintenance, pool maintenance, property managers, marketing, reservations and catering. She now oversees Private Homes Hawaii’s estate management program along the Kohala Coast at Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea and Hualalai Resort.
Chris is a graduate of California State University at Fullerton where she earned her degree in Business Administration. She earned her Hawaii Real Estate Broker’s License in 2007 and is a member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity, West Hawaii, a locally run non-profit organization that works in partnership with people in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing. She resides in Kona.
