Alia Chochol was born in Honolulu and comes from a large Kailua family. As a child, Alia has lived in Brazil, Ecuador, and the Philippines before returning home to the islands and living on Kauai, Maui, Hawaii, and Molokai. Alia eventually returned to Oahu where she attended UH Manoa and became a licensed RN. Alia worked as an RN for several years before starting her own business, Hawaii Helping Hands Concierge, a vacation rental concierge. After many successful years running her own business, Alia developed a love for real estate, especially short and long-term property management. In 2021, Alia transitioned to a full-time licensed real estate agent. She currently serves as a Property Manager for Private Homes Hawaii. Alia has been home in Kailua since 2007 and in addition to her successful career, she is a full-time mom to three children, twin girls and a boy. She also volunteers her time as her daughters’ soccer coach. Alia enjoys running, hiking, cooking and spending time with her family.
